unable to create file for lbf nokia c2-01


i have 2 nokia c2-01 which need unlocking

i am trying to create file for lbf but i am getting error

i tried in another pc but same problem

i changed cables , installed latest nokia connectivity cable driver but same problem
i am using best donlge easy service tool v1.62

Phone, seems, have some problems. You can read log from it via ufs, for example, or jaf.
