how to flash this phone please help me

If it already have QC OSBL you have 2 ways :
1. Revert to DLOAD - Use EXTENDED tab in WinPhone7
2. Flash custom ROM in EXTENDED TAB (Flasher)

If KeyStore damaged - after revert OSBL you can't flash stock rom's , so , better not risk.
