Hi I am not sure i am in the right place to post this problem. Lumia 635 AT&T USA,showing error message 'unknown result try unlock again'I tried three times but same, phone not unlocked but credit deducted. Can u pls check? I reported same day but from support told me to post on gsm forum..

Yes, post details here.
But copy/past your order details is a bad idea.
You should copy/paste text given by software, this may helps.

Make sure you init TEST mode with SAME ENOSW version or newer, than in phone.
Reflash phone, if need to version, which same or lower, than ENOSW.
