Is it possible ? unlock Nokia c3-00 with best dongle ?
how to do this? procedure pls..

Of course. It's simply, just read hash from phone, later BF it.
No free solution for now.

Go to Unlock tab, click "Create file for LBF" and follow to instruction in BEST.
After that BEST will create file "with_your_IMEI.bcl" and from this moment you have two method to calculate code: Local Bruteforce or upload it to BF server
