Hello,
For data extracting need present local or test mode.

You can use UFS with standart UFS cable. If phone can't go to local - Nedd try flash MCU+PPM+ENO. In some case - blank_pmm_504kb.fpsx.

Also that can be done by standart USB in dead flashing same kind of files, after it, if phone ok by HW - it will be on test or local - you can extract data from it.

If it not help - phone can be fully damaged on HW part.

Better and more fast - use USB cable. UFS/com for cases if phone can't connect to usb by hardware problems.
Read gallery by USB take few mins, by F-bus can take few hours, if it have many files.
For phonebook work both interfaces are good.

Correct me if I am wrong .

I can do user data extract : Phonebook, yes ?
Phonebook is extracted to Infinity format file.
I cannot look into it, cannot convert it to another type (xls, vcf, doc or smthg)

So, if someone will come to me to read phonebook from damaged phone I can read, but cannot give him his numbers /contacts ?

So, you SHOULD write not "Extracting phonebook", only save/restore, because it isn't really what software do.

I bought this dongle specially for this feature.

Cause I have 100's keys/softwares for Nokia, and all them do same what b.e.s.t. do.

Hello,
please, i you don't understand how to work - not need write - "it not thing, as written" or something else.

For S40 program extract to Phones_Data/IMEI/ VCF files, which can be using for any purposes.

For S60 - support cross-writing phonebook. So, you can use it S60 phone as bridge for data transfer.

We are not end support for s60 extracting because exist some more important thing, now it works, but not for 100% result and we don't want release it now.

If you don't like best - use another software.

I never told , that I don't like best.
I also asked to correct me if I am wrong.
I asked about S60.

Just imagine : why I cannot do damaged customer phone, which not power on, or is in 2 pieces, to read phonebook, and send him for example via email?

Now I must do with best : read phbook, write to another phone, read from this phone in normal state, then send to customer ...
And what if I haven't phone for transfer in this way ?
May I buy it to work with best as it should work without it?
What for it is so complicated ? I think it isn't hard to do conversion ... But I also can be wrong, I am not a programmer ....

My words aren't offence to you, or your product.
But maybe you will take them seriously and make update of SW if possible.

Regards.
