Now phone in the red screen state and Nokia word on it. I have checked "Recovery flashing" and tried to start flashing again, but nothing. Program doesn't start flashing procedure:

this stage mean not compatible flash file with phone mostly.
Reset power , or reinsert battery. Press "Vol Down" key, press Flash ( recovery tick also ), and insert cable. Release vol button, when process starts.

YOU WILL GET GREEN LIGHT AFTER FLASH.

I tried to add Russian lang into this phone, only flash files with that PCode have it. Should I repair boot as RM-825 for changing phone model, or how to flash with different PCode?

I not try yet convert , because my L820 now fully dead. But in theory - it can work.
Way is - remove cable immediately after :

Repair as RM825 and try flash after. Even if all fail - TP can help revert all back. Security will be untouched.

Unfortunately it doesn't work (I've repaired boot on rm-824 as rm-825)
