Set Product Path first! [ Settings -> DataPackage Path ]

Settings - Product path - add here your phoenix directory. Or by hands in your settings.ini.

Settings - Data Package Path -> select ANY empty line.
Settings - Data Package Path -> Change active dir

Select directory, where you want save firmware and from which BEST will take flash files.
