i think i can make it clear.. i have installed best dongle. then put usb key and its read smart card reader but when intalling smart card driver its saying no driver found... tried lots of thing nothing working... give me an easy working solution

And at 07:22 you are asking "How long to wait".

Dont you think that its little bit strange ?

Anyway, we love each our users, even users who can not wait even 30 minutes, so information:

Smart-Card Reader drivers is enough. Smart-Card do not require any drivers (and as I remember we have wrote that info somewhere already).

What to do now:
1. Run BEST software and see results
2. Run Donglemanager and try to read Dongle S/N (just to test Dongle functionality)
3. DO NOT write "how long to wait" every 30 minutes !

sorry but customer creats lots of pain that y we ask for help within 30 mins.. anyway... dongle manager show; dongle cant be found
card with specified AID not found.
and running best hang on looking for usb key.. what to do........................................

dongle manager found smart card and showing everything ok but when run bst its hang on looking for usb key

If you can read S/N from Dongle - this means that all drivers installed well.

What to do: disabel your PC Antivirus and run BEST software again, in some carses this may helps.

What is the results ?

nothing happeneded.. but at last i find one solution ,,,,uninstallaing pdanet best works and while pdanet in pc bst is not working... but pdanet is necesry 1 for me... have u any solution for that?
