Win7 64bit problem

Hi supporters!

I have small problem, when I try to start BEST software, I have this msg:

With or Without dongle.
My system:
fresh win7 pro 64bit, 8gb ram, i3,
antyvir: avast

the situation is suspicious because other software secured with card/dongle are working well (z3x, microbox, atf, cyc)

and one other software (LGtool) gives me same massege:

ANY IDEA what that could be?
I have try same software (BEST 1.62 and LGtool 2.08) on other Win7 32bit system with same AVAST antyvirus - woks FINE.

any help apritiated...

Aha, seems, Avast making too much problems.
I use DrWeb , for me it is best. Anyway, it is better, than Nod32 and Kaspersky, others - don't know.
