each and everytime i restart my computer and try to use cdma pro it shows box not detected.....to solve this problem i have un-install all the applications and drivers then re-install it .....then the problem is solved.....can you please fix up this issue.....i m really tired of doing it again and again

yes bro i face same problem some time connect and some time not connect the card

both of you test other card reader.
and be sure you installed latest V4 setup remove old setup before installing new.
