| not able to unlock samsug s269 (solved) everytime i try to search phone it shows phone not found pls help its urgent...the phone needs to be unlocked |

| check cable please. phone should unlock with rj45 cable. you can also check HKF is port to UART1 or not via go to setting. press * enter 123456 go to portmap goto HKF select UART1 press ok and now unlock it. |

| whenever i switch on the phone it says phone locked pls contact customer care .....i m not able to go to settings....pls help |
