How do I request these Samsung codes? - GSM-Forum

I have customer asking for 2 Samsung codes.
One is locked to Australian network and the other is locked to Digicel Bermuda.
How do I request these codes?
Is it Samsung Europe or Samsung USA?
Or are they both not supported?

for Samsung Only europe = Euro region, anything else not supported at the moment.
