Trying to get a HTC code from supernew database for a customer.
UBI client gives me error - "not enough credits"
HTC code is 17 credits, I have 24 credits left in my account.
What is the problem?
I've just had to turn customer away

your IMEI is not in htc database, you have submitted it on nckclient then on unlockbyimei as new and twice as super new, whilst it s latest database and no database have this imei yet, unless you submit as network code ex. : Tmobile - voda etc..
