| Disconnect all devices from pc, restart pc, connect Dragon Box and run RemoveCommzeroErr.exe Br. |

| Check the date time of your compute. If this is correct and the method that is mentioned above not work for you, then, you have one option remaining. just format your pc and install Dragon Software. BR |

| Dear product supporter sir here i am still facing problem "Times up" problem, tried every thing nothing happened after run RemoveCommzeroErr.exe, no done message appear nothing happed even after on/off anti virus (quick heal). install new os (winxp-2) install new os (winxp-3) run lower ver of dragon.exe exp: 2.12,2.11,2.10,2.09 and more even i tried using fresh dragon 2.13 from downloading support site by thinking which file i have might be corrupted tried every possible way like use RemoveCommzeroErr.exe pasting in dragon folder by thinking it may work to patch exe or some other file, even try to use it in system32 (system root). tell me where m doing wrong which way should i go to use my precious tool one more thing the tool working well with dragon freeware tool (CPU detector and pin finder) and also works with new update 6800 spd tool please help regards CB |

| This is not happening with all PCs . Dragon is running in many Dragon-users PCs (including me) without any problem and without doing anything. We see this problem is seen in some users computers and this is solved with the method as mentioned above. So, Please check Dragon Box to another compute and let us know the results. We love the Dragon users so we are here. BR |
