box connection error problem please help

When i connect the box no reaction on my box.

i used 3 pc but sad to say no reaction on my box

and upgrade firmware version 1.62
dissconnect aal tool and connect only gpgdragon box scan port,Exigency upgrade click then upgrade box and reply me post

first short red or black wire
then remove powercable insert again
tick on emergency select comport
than write
