Sometimes this happens, reconnecting the box with software problem will solve.

Sometimes this might be problem of Box Driver and Sometimes windows problem too.

Please check in fresh Operating System and post the screen shot of Dragon Connecting windows.

delete dragon software delete shortcut.download new zip or rar than extract. reinstall pl driver. open dragon exe. reconnect box.

i have also change window and setup unzip again and also check driver and all thing but problem same

and one more when i try to update firmware it was done all time software scan port connect box and done updating but when i connect box with setup shell than show software version 1.60 but box not connected

need help All gpg dragon team
