very very very bad work i am very bad with this tool, i buy one of this in china in one shop in guangzhou ( gsm shark) and this tool was VER VERY VERY bad i conect and no is possible make the update, the software no teach the serial say : 000000

i no have one good tool need solution please, i buy other products for the shop in guangzhou of yuky one shop of GPindustri and tink is good bad have this tool very bad is possible some solution?

dragon not connect to mobile ,,but when i remove +ve and -ve probe show only this
It is sensing the pinout fast,please hold on the phone Power key
RXD=20 TXD=21
Connecting...Please hold on the POWER key until the red gauge is going...
Any errors please select another boot and try again."

why it so?
i use latest version 2.10 and latest firmware 1.58
i tried 2 or 3 mobile
i tried diffferent boot
i tried diferent boundrate
i got same problem
pls help me thanks...

Oh All users Do not blame the Dragon Box Tool it is most Professional Tool Than others I have used before. If You all blaming this tool can not understand the way to use then do not play with customers Mobile phones and search another job for you.
