dragon cannot open in notebook

sir/team pls help me what shjould i do of this error in my desktop the box working but in my notebook this is the error but before that i used my box before but now when i trying to open the software this screen is showed pls tell me or what is the solution for thid thanks

diasble the antivirus and then reinstall the exe and check

im using xp3 even in xp2 and window7 pro that message showed in the screen im using also this os in my desktop dragon work to them but only in my notebook doesn't work same os in my desktop and notebook

not checked on notepad , i have pc and laptops xp and win7 all working fine . try to redownload a new copy of exe and try once again

sir i tried 1.23 and full package pack 1.22 .exe

but still the same may other box working only my dragon cannot

.exe staller that i used is the same of my desktop

i tried also in my laptop client which is new format using xp2 but still that message come out here is the other ive seen power output is only 4.9volts when i plug it out turn below 4volts even i used usb port hmmmp but before that happen i used my box in my notebook normally after i go to online upgrade which is i accidentally press. that all what happened

did any body knows about this problem only in notebook doesn't work but in desktop working i tried also in 2 deference laptop but it is the same error can any body help me about this

have u changed os .. if not then formate all drives in notebook...and then reinstall another fresh copy of os.........it is 90% os problem ....if not solved then contact me

i tried 3 different os. xp2 xp3 windows 7 pro all of them are showing same error

i tried also in other unit laptop which is my client unit but still showing that error

if the os is the problem then it will be error too in my desktop but in my desktop this box working only in notebook or laptop cannot this happens after i use 2.12 and 1.23 upgrade maybe its not the os. it because my os is stalled in other shop only my box cannot open while there box is good
