emergency only problem - GSM-Forum

kechao k9(8mb) mobile is shows emergency calls only. But signal antena shows full signal and i am goto network settings change to manuel mode then after serching mobile shows available network list and i select default net work they show rigistration failed. Then i backup good one k9 mobile bin and nv file and write it . but same problem appered. i try to fault set bin and nv write to good one set the set is working normally. after two days this time i saw the forme m800 set same problem again. I try this problem same method, but no use. I think its hardware problem. But i have no idea this problem at hard ware.
Respected members please help me.

No service issue Is software But emergency issue Is 100% hardware.
