Support I have a same problem.
I cant work any phone because if I connected direct to pcb and/or connect via pinfinder its the same.

Can help please ???

Its MTK chip.
Here I attach pic of the pcb.
The problem is present in 3 MTK phones what not connected. The same error

use old gpg 2.11 will work

first,check Box VCC and GND is normal or not?
how to check?
when you connect box to Computer
and short Box Red and Black connect (vcc and gnd)short Box speak or not?
if speak so working fine,if can't speak,so please change the new power cable first

I check with old version 2.11 and no get the error, only the red line not run and my notebook is stuck and I need to turn off manually

I test as you told GPGDragon Help, and when connect the box the speak is well.

I forget comment...
Also is strange that when I used the pwr ( + & -) from the box the pinfinder no work, but if I use the battery yes. I test the wires + & - and get 4.xV
