GPG Dragon don't boot any phones - GSM-Forum

Hello I am new user of GPG Dragon box I bought GPG Dragon box couple of weeks before.I registered my box and updated firmware version 1.58.I downloaded 2.11 software but when I try to read info of any Chinese phones it dose not boot any phones I tried about 10 phones till now but it just shows rx & tx pin-outs and then it says press power on until red gauge is going when I pressing power on nothing happens it says any error change boot i tried with several boot but i was not success.What should i do now ?
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !

check the main cable red and black wire maybe one of them cut , make short both wire and check that u r box make beep
