BGA flash have 16MB\4MB\8MB\32 MB .... MTK 6223\6225\6226\6217\6218\6219 use this ,it's NOR flash

FBGA flash have 64MB\128 MB and more mtk 6235\6238\6228 use this

yes,the infinity flash file working with gpgdragon,infinity use MTK factory falsh,no full flash,but it can woring with gpgdragon no promber i have test
