I Can use GPG Dragon to use to Format China Tablets?

I have a few and i can try
if some one can test i be able to test....

I have Some RockChip and AMlogic...

for full wip ur tablet connected with adb mode so usb debug all times most be on.

Even the "USB Debuggin" Off, you can ON it from the "IR KEY" with a single click.
Then, Connect the Device ADB mode. Open Dragon Software and go to "Android" Tab. Choose "Wipe All".
