Select other port and try to upgrade!
Com3;com4 or othrs.

Hello dragon helper plz help me my dragon box uprate 1.65 ..do not fined normal cpu spd 6610 & olde cpu ??? but 1.62 then whorking all cpu

Try change your com port from 16 where it is now to between 2 and 9 then restart your pc to recognize the new port setting, then try connect again.

Gpg Team please try come up with another box firmware as the present v1.65 has bugs that is preventing new gpg softwares not to function properly. For instance, it makes mtk 625a and 6255 usb phones not connect. When you reinstall v1.63 it works properly again. So please check this out and come up with a new box firmware for current gpg 3.42
