first wall of update your box firmware to 1.59 and use dragon tool version 2.10 then post results

Most if time problem comes from bad connection r Bad Flash chip (low Power ) So must check fst cable If Still Same Then Check With hardware

Bro first try to change boot ver3.1108 to 3.920
when not work then check with hardware.
