i download 3.53c but why dragon asking for update?

dragon soft is 3.53, the logssays it is a 3.52c... where is the exact 3.53c update? link pls via mediafire.. thanks

this update is tested for SDP 6531 4M - 8M flash size

for 16M flash size phone goes dead after format
