Hello friends of the Dragon Box support, I hope I can help, since I have 4 Dragon Box with a problem that I do not read any phone, both the ocupoando was normal, when at any moment given the problem that no longer recognizes any phone, and then I test two new Dragon Box which had no phone and no read, I've pobado with the latest version of software and firmware and different pc and nothing at all, I do not read any phone, please ask to help me solve this problem

the problem is this friend, I have 4 Dragon Box, 2 used and 2 new, the used stop working for no reason, ie I do not recognize or read any phone, I have tried on several pc and does not read or recognize any phone while neither are new, then it must be to this problem, and how I can fix it, I hope I help
