I have problem in my Dragon please help GPG Team

I have problem in my Dragon please help GPG Team...

When I open dragon exe. and connect the box .. box is connected .. but when i try to do any operation with any phone .. dragon box does not response..nothing is happening... whereas i brought another box from my friend to check wether the software is ok or not .. it is ok and the box do all operation with phone.. then why not mine .. where is the problem .. please help

Bro try to update your box firmware. I think your box firmware is old. Just update it and your box will be ok.

use latest ver 2.13 & firmware 1.59 ur problem will be solved.

already have updated firmware 1.59 and also have version 2.13 .......

i don't understand about what a-b connector
what is multi tester rod ...

Please help me

Just make SHORT that two point temporary until you hear a beep with a wire or other tool. Then, Take out the box from A to B connector (Computer) . Then Join the box againin with A to B cable. Now, Write the firmware as you did above.

Bro don't worry, do nothing, just install fresh windows of your pc and your problem will solve. 100 % tested by me. test and post result

it is tested by me.

i face same problmes like not found , conjunctions error.

and i solve by installing new windows.

You have been forget, in past i ask for your help in teamviewer but problem was not solved. that time i solved by installation

Solution:
  • Open your Gpg Dragon box
  • Connect your box to A-B connector
  • While your box is connected, connect you multitester rod shown to this image...

I did all the methods nothing happens box connectivity is good but not connect any set neither the firmware is updated getting box conjunction error .. I reinstalled new windows no + ve result need serious help
