is there any problem with you for repairing imei? Better you post the screen shots with dragon connecting windows including mobile model, CPU type etc. I think you tiny problem like but you are complaining like Ocean

without any proof.

We have two version of Dragon Software 1. old - 2.13 - from old coders and 2. New - 3.18 by New coders. Did you try with both? Did you post screen Shots?
