i check from many days , that if a user face problem , then he open a thread
and post there with incomplete information , like need flash files but format model name chip name if post the model name then forget the chip name ,etc

so this post goes so long and user need much wait for solved the problem

So if the user Post the Problem with details Then its easy for team and user too to check the problem and try to solved the problem with one post ,
