Dragon can not read any SC6820 phones

I always get the following error message. Solution has not been found. Very strange

What I have done:

1. Tried on a desktop and a notebook computer under both Win7 64bit and WinXP 32bit. I also made a fresh WinXP install on the notebook.
2. Tried 8 different handsets: GT-S6010, GT-S6810, Feiting N9300, Feiting A7100, N7100, 808 Smart Phone (an old phone from last september), i9300 S9 and MPI I9082. Some of them became totally bricked after the reading attempt. They can not power on and no USB connection anymore.
3. Tried all spd driver versions available on the net. I have the latest driver installed for Dragon box.
4. Tried all COM port speed settings.
5. Tried with both box firmware versions 1.61 and 1.62
6. Tried connecting by the phones own USB cable with key press, by a patched USB cable (4-5 pins shortcutted) and via Dragon box by pin finding.

I hope I didn't forget anything to mention. I always get the same result with any settings and configuration. My Dragon works well with other CPUs, I use it every day.
The novelty in this new version is that I get those error nessages. In earlier versions the reading (boot) process just simply stopped.
This is a really strange case because earlier (until about two months ago) I could work without any problem with SC6820 CPUs exept the writing process. Formatting is still working but that also can drive a phone to be bricked because the wrong addressing and corrupting the system partition I think.
I don't know what could be happened. If my box is demaged than it shouldn't work with other CPUs and that case shouldn't affect the processes when I connect via PC USB port.

All useful advice are welcome.

check the driver, after pinfind, the driver name is SCI or SPRD,
if is SPRD,you need re-install the spd driver to SCI port

if not,it will read flash\write flash error

if you can't install the driver to SCI,you can go to C:\windows\system32;
hold the F3 key, input the sprd, get all about the SPRD driver file and del, after del install the SCI driver again,
it will solve

I already tried every possible driver setting. Now I tried again to install the SCI port drivers but I still get the same result.
GPGDragon can boot up the phone with the following COM drivers:

SCI General U2S(AT)
SCI Vendor U2S(DIAG)
CMCC AT Interface1
CMCC AT Interface1
SPRD U2S Diag (2 versions with the same number - 2.4.0.27 - but different date)
and all of the above drivers by Lenovo.

I have already tried all of them but I always get the same result. Btw, Spreadtrum's ResearchDownload still can flash the SC6820 phones without any problem.
