Member: 747989 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1593052 Thanks Meter: 8,621 | Follow the method: 1. Open the Dragon box. 2. Connect the Dragon box 3. Connect the Device with Jig 4. Connect power from the Jig Vcc and Gnd to the Mobile Battery Pin 5. Choose the SPD tab 6. Choose "Write File" 7. Choose the working file 8. Choose boot "6531A" 9. Choose "USB" (not COM) 10. Click on "Start" 11 Wait until write the firmware. Good Luck Note: do not spam here. Because we have tested many more 6531A devices. BR Dipendra Pathak |

Error CODE:FF--> CMD_EERPR --> UNKNOWN The phones problem was Code it was fully working power on & all no problem Connected to Dragon box When check info all OK Read Flash backup all ok Formating shows done all ok but not power on Flashing the Backed up file Or any file shows the error Error CODE:FF--> CMD_EERPR --> UNKNOWN (The Customer is getting frustrated) i had these kind of problem before but after flashing the backup file it will be back to normal Need solid solution as soon as possible |

Locked by his kid while playing with it) Giving him a dead phone back is not what he or i expected I am not angry (not getting solid answers fast enough ) Even the guy who answered is not a product supporter & is given to do by other software not by "GPG DRAGON" So there thats it i have given my solid reason I think i am done here |
