That's Driver Problem. Might be conflict of the Driver. Try with fresh compuer where is not installed other boxes or chinese boxes.

And for your kind information, many mstars have already done by Dragon. Please check the sticky thread.

Sometimes you need to hold power button continue upto the Flashing is complete for MTK chips.
