MTK 6572 return data error - GSM-Forum

Hello.

I have two cellphones with mtk 6572 and are blocked with pattern.

When I try to connect them to gpg dragon, I got same error with both phones:

>>> USB Pinfind No need Hold Mobile Power key...
>>> Scanning Mobile USB Port...
>>> Detecting COM PortCOM80
Mobile Connection Success...
CPU_ID:MT6572
Hardware Version:8C00
Software Version:CA01
>>> Downloading First Boot...
>>> Return DATA Error!!!

How can I solve this problem? Is it cellphone hardware problem or driver problem?

Format no supported..

Whats problem in handset...????

Any lock or pattren ??? Phone go to factory mode and wipe 100% tested your problem will be solve

Hello.

Thanks for the response.

The problem that i'm facing is not just with format option, it's happening even with phone info option and read flash option.

All the options that I want to perform with those 2 phones return the same error.

One phone is Hi-Sky brand, model 2G9000i-PANEL 3i. This phone is stuck on logo and after hard reset in recovery and factory mode, it's still stuck on logo.

The second one, the volumes button doesn't work, and i tried to hard reset with dragon box and it didn't connect to the box. So I finally repaired the volumes then hard reset it.

So my problem is still with the first phone.

Only read and wrrite fully support by dragon...

Retrun data error .....plz use dragon main cable tick scan pinout
