my dragon box does not connect with usb cable from last 15 day.first i thought there is problem in handset but one by one set doesnot connect then i connect set with other box and its ok.
i am using ver.3.41E and firmware ver 1.62
i donot use firmware ver.1.65 becouse this ver.does not connect spd with rx tx. supporter solve my problem.

bro i think ur usb driver not.. assigned.. chk driver ... chk box firmware... chk antivirus.. then u can use that ...

when i insert usb it does not give any sance. my pc not take any effect after inset usb cable.

Four reason might be:

1. Your mobile USB socket damaged
2. Your USB Data cable is Damaged
3. YOur Computer USB port damaged
4. Driver not instilled properly or wrong driver or Driver conflicted.

Better Find the reason and solve the problem

i use 3 box for chaina set .
1--dragon
2--miracle
3--valcano
but dragon not work on usb and other boxes done it easily.so no problem in usb,in my pcb or driver.
But i use old firmware ver.
May it be problem??

dragon is first click start button
and after connect mobile to computer usb port

use 1.65 firmware then try and both side use usb method then post result
