plz help me my two pc both dragon box cant detect any set

in both setup new and old

i install new driver and firmware but still cant detcet

some mstar need hold the boot key,like call key

if also can't detect,please copy the log and put here

Check your box with other shop where GPG Dragon software runs. If the box runs there, then, it is your PC problem ie driver problem. If not, then, Contact to your Reseller.

i used this driver if box problem then both box is dead same time in both pc and also fresh pc
