post the screen short of device connecting windows and others details.

If android mobile, then search working flash file of the same device and same version (some mobile need same version) and flash to the device.

hey, my phone is stuck on logo and is not booting also i cant get into recovery mode if you know any good firmwares and flash tools i can flash my phone with pls help me.
