As a product supporter, i don't need to tell you write more detail about mobile name and CPU. You have just mentioned CPU type and did not mention about the name of the device on this link. I have made safe list to format as based on the following link:

Now, if blinking in logo, only help you with Factory Flash file and Flasher.
