hello

i have received blinkin nokia n700 format successfully phone power ON but won't do IMEI repair

Code:

when format it is mentionned MT6250

i used usb cable (nokia micro usb) and repair imeis successfully but no network it's seems to be damaged NV data

is there any solution for that
