If software tells you Nand File Not Found, then, it is NOR. If software tells you NOR and Nand files Not Found, then, it is hardware problem = Re-hot CPU or Re-ball CPU and try again. For Example 1. Hardware Problem (Nor and Nand Flash id is 00000000) Nor Flash ID: 0000000000000000 Nand Flash ID: 0000000000000000 2. Nand Flash ID not found (it is Nor because Nor id is 008981........) Nor Flash ID: 0089810300000000 Nand Flash ID: 0000000000000000 3. Nor Flash ID not found (it is Nand because Nand id is 005678........) Nor Flash ID: 0000000000000000 Nand Flash ID: 0056780000000000 4. Project ID Not found You need working file to flash the phone. 5. Unknown Nor/Nand Flash Nor Flash ID: 0000000000000000 Nand Flash ID: 0056780000000000 Unknown Nand Flash This might be unsupported Flash Chip. Try Export Mood first.
