v know that dragon perfect tool for china mobile bt just for Spd and Mtk not best for Coolsand nd mstar nd also tell me who flash Admet T14,T13 100% dun by dragon becoz i try many time these sets bt still same problem so finaly i flash with volcano now problem solve

I think, when you did with DRAGON, not Done because erasing not done properly. You did not try with 2 or 3 times with Dragon. Otherwise you have found positive answer

Anyway you did with volcano box. That's good otherwise customer you know....
