Phone too slow

unfortunately its back sticker was removed but below is the mobile info, i have formatted it but still too slow when you press keys they take long to respond i wonder whether its software failure or hardware..if software i need file

it's a hardware problem , replace 32.768mhz clock crystal near cpu.
