| USE GPG Dragon Free Software to finds the CPU TYPE of this mobile or you can find it opening the mobile also. If this is supported by Dragon then, I think, you know how to format. If not 1. Open the Dragon main software 2. Choose the CHIP tyype ie MTK, SPD etc 3. Choose "Format" Option Next time, try with Dragon, only then, ask for help. Showing picture no one may help you because Same Phone one might have MTK and another might have SPD etc BR BR |
