I only need read flash and says this error and phone dont turn on more

here is no Dragon supporter................

only 1 solution of your problem..........find same handset with same chip......read flash file and write to faulty handset....

Just i receive 1 handset dead and i only needed read flash of other good and live, but thanks to GPG dragon right now i have 2 deads, 1 killed for other collegue and 1 killed for my GPG dragon

thks for your help, but for this i need root the phone, but this Plum X200 from Movistar Guatemala i cant root, i try with diferent tools but without success

try root with........IROOT......Kingo Android Tool.
