please help me, i've been encountering log in problems. i don't remember changing my username but during my every attempts to access my account these message always appear :

If serial number sticker lost , connect the box and click on register then click on connect.
The serial no will shown on your screen.

yesterday i download some files through internet download manager the after some files downloaded this message is come "Your maximum download per day has expired. Please try again later" then i waite and download a file today but the same problem is come.any salution
