Brother,

Q mobile has "Nand" flash ic not Nor, Please check "Nand"
and read info again, I think your problem will be solved.

i know but { NAND FALSH ID IS 0000000 } SO WHAT CAN I DO....?

This is 100% hardware Problem

both id has failure, means hardware. reheat the ic then flash again.
