Return to Data has many meninges :

1. Unsupported mobile CPU Like :

skiing s9220 error while saving to u disk

2. Driver not properly install so mobile could not find driver properly.

3. Computer CPU not compatible with the program

4. Unsupported Operating System Using with the Program

5. Mobile not connected with the software. Sometimes, you need continue Holding POWER BUTTON until Operation is finished.

5. Use lower Port if Possible (Below then 10)

6. Other unspecified Errors

a . Like Mobile is MTK and you select SPD so mobile Boot File not find and mobile could not boot.
b. Buggy windows (Operating System) is used

We suggest you, find the correct CPU and try to connect with it. if the Cpu type is SPD, and you try to connect with MTK, of course there will be DATA Error!!

Secondly, Check the CPU type that Dragon supports or not. If not supports, there might be DATA ERROR!!

Thirdly, Install Driver Properly, if driver not install properly, software could not find boot file, so there might be Data Error!!

Fourthly, Be sure that the Windows has no bug. And do not use unsupported Operating System that software could not recognize to the Operating system and there might be Data Error!!

Finally, Handle software properly. Check Sticky thread regularly. Search the post if you are not success to connect with the phone. And, if you not find the solution in the previous post, then post your problem as new thread with all the problem mentioned clearly with screen shots of Dragon connecting windows and wait for reply.

Which version u r use? Bro V3.13 have little bug in Mstar. Use V 3.11 & Post success result. If problem not solve then check in hardware (Flash IC Problem)

Two main problems of return Data Error

Drivers not installed properly(Specially in MStar)

2nd= Scan Pin-out checking error... Untick that option and then check

If not then one thing more that wrong chip scanning......

And add project id in info like ver2.13
In all the pictures the verification procedure of the same phone.

New version are not perfect but old one are the best...

These both are belongs to dragon you can use both of them...

Must be opened option. where we can change NOR flash to NAND. Option was close. why ??????????????

If we will change NOR to NAND. i think all will be OK

dragon now have many error...... like comport failed/return data error after reading the backup even boot or CPU type exactly choose.
