Sir i Have Model.7100 i think it is called my clone note II network is not coming so please help me i have never used this software before and i had purchase 1 year before

i vae install all driver of box and mobile also

So please help me out

You mean you don't know how to open the box and run it ?

If so please check sticky thread, where you can find videos of the boxes

for this purpose.
