SIR-i am not able to by velcano box-i bought-noly two week ago drogon-box-from lahor alwahab-hall road-becoz my old box dead with firmware 1.59 it was old version-then i bought new gpg good working box-plz gave up to date

sure , dragon box will update and support a lot of more new chips , we still here , no one told here that we not give more support dragon box

before update why not repair my box, or should you advice me to buy a new box, confirm that, then i will buy a new one instead of wasting my time to have my box repaired, please in case you wish to help, dont tell me to check sticky posts, because they dont help.

becoz you can check the result of repair box from stikcy thread , alot of user solved the problem , we always give support to user !
you not ask about box why they give to be dead ?

yes becoz most of reseller sale copy of our box in market just for some money
why we not closed the support ?
becoz we know the feeling of user its not user problem
and now why you not able to repair it , its so hard for me to check , becoz need box in hand to check, if you have warranty in u r box then contact him sure he can do as he can for you

bro many user never solved the problem but just got tired of being tossed around the forum,your box is very cheap one no one need to sell copy, the resselers we buy from are from your list, you have no support so what will you close?,you say its hard to check you mean all dead boxes were sent to you for repair?, i dont think so, there is nothing like warranty in ur boxes,because it was your mistake not resseller mistake to send half baked update which killed your boxes, but all in all i wont blame you because i dont think you are a coder, just my opinion, but no need for lousy update thanks.
