two times i encounter of this problem?

wait for next upcoming update or flash your phone with working flash file

make backup first and then try to reset i think your problem will b solve. bro

yes backup flash
then make reset option
if still same problem u can flash the phone

hehe this flash not reset, not format..... read flash and write flash only
